Prayer Request

I had planned on working on my blog layout and writing a bit more about me.  However, my mom called me this morning and told me my grandpa had a heart attack this morning so I really just have enough energy to curl up in bed and sleep.  About a month ago he fell and broke his hip, and then last week he dislocated that same hip...so he's just having a rough go of it right now.  If anyone is reading this, can you please say a prayer for him, my grandma, my mom, aunt, and uncle, and the rest of my family?  It would be much appreciated.

Well I have been reading blogs for quite awhile and have just finally decided to start my own!  Hopefully I will start to have a few followers so I'm not writing to myself:)

About me...

My name is Amy and I am currently a senior at East Carolina...which is in NORTH Carolina:)  I was born and raised in Greenville, NC and been a Pirate fan since the day I was born and it's the only college I applied to!  I am majoring in Business Management and hope to one day work in a Human Resource job.  I am thinking about going to UNC-Greensboro next year to get my MBA, but who knows what will happen!  I am a HUGE sports fan and I love the Pirates, hence my blog name;)  I also like NC State and the Atlanta Braves. 

Well this is about all I got for my first blog post.  I will try to do a questionnaire later since I can't think of anymore to say about myself haha!
